Google has implemented a fix and we are monitoring the results. Customers should be able to add new licenses and transfer subscriptions via the Google Workspace App in Rippling.

Investigating

Customers are currently unable to add new licenses and transfer subscriptions via the Google Workspace App in Rippling. We are currently working with Google to resolve this issue.
